According to local urban legend, there's a ghost that wanders around a cave out at Pirate's Cove, the local nude beach. He appears on full moon nights and appears to wander by the cave as if he can't leave it. When he sees someone, he smiles at them, and looks like he is going to speak before fading away. The story states that his name is Mikey and that he fell off the cliff there.
